Terms of business.

1. Who we are

Securities.Agency is owned and operated by Aberdeen Equity Corp, 30 N Gould St, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA ("we", "us"). We provide EDGAR filing agent, document conversion and iXBRL tagging services. We are not a law firm, accounting firm, broker-dealer or investment adviser and give no legal, accounting or investment advice.

2. Fees and payment

All fees are in US dollars. Quoted services are payable in full on order, before work begins. The Unlimited plan runs for 12 months from activation and can be paid in one of two ways: (a) monthly, at $450 per month for 12 months ($5,400 total), charged to your card; this is a 12-month commitment, by choosing it you agree to all 12 monthly payments, and billing stops automatically after the 12th payment; or (b) upfront, as a single payment of $4,995 on order.

3. No refunds

We do not offer refunds on our work or on any SEC, state or federal filing fees, in whole or in part, including where a plan is not fully used. Monthly payments already made on the Unlimited plan are not refundable.

4. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness and legal sufficiency of all content, for approving proofs, for timely delivery of final documents, and for paying SEC fees. Live filings are made only on your written approval.

5. Deadlines

Turnaround times are targets that run from receipt of final, approved documents. We are not liable for late filing caused by late documents, late approval, SEC or EDGAR system outages or other events outside our control.

6. EDGAR access

You keep control of your EDGAR account. Under EDGAR Next you delegate filing authority to us and may revoke it at any time. Credentials must not be shared.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the service concerned.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
